Healthy Families Nassau is a free, voluntary support program for parents. A family support worker will visit you in your home to offer support in parenting and encourage you in achieving your life goals.

Q. Who can be a part of Healthy Families?

A. The program is offered to all families living in Nassau County who are expecting a new baby or have a newborn under the age of two weeks.
